Providing virtual Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, & Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Ethos, is a Greek term representing “mind” and derives from the verb, “to belong." Our sessions will heighten your senses, expand your levels of self awareness, and guide you into a state of flow. A space I refer to as the "Art Mind" or Art Ethos. In this state of being, you can let go of the ego and become more receptive to new ideas and gain a deeper understanding self.
My mission at Art Ethos Counseling is make an impact by using creativity, education, and advocating. I am passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and therapy. I believe that everyone is capable of creativity.
Art Ethos works in collaboration with GrowTherapy, SonderMind, Headway, and Journey Clinical to ensure you receive the best cohesive treatment and feel supported. Services include: Psychiatric consultation, diagnosis, assessment, medications management for mental health symptom reduction and ketamine medication consultations. I offer a combination of Psychotherapy (talk therapy), Art therapy (AT), and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) creates an immensely impactful transformational experience, going beyond traditional talk therapy and moving into the unconscious mind.
Art Ethos Counseling welcomes you with a gift packet of art directives and materials for us to explore together in session. I provide a variety of services, ranging in time and intensity to accommodate your busy schedule: offering weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly virtual therapy sessions, beginning from 30 minutes up to 60 minutes in length. Sessions are tailored to help you navigate daily challenges, reduce symptoms, build resilience, and cultivate results.
I am an Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, with over ten years of experience in the field, providing Psychotherapy, Ketamine assisted Psychotherapy, and Art therapy services to both Georgia and New Jersey residents. I graduated with honors from Caldwell University with a dual Masters in Mental Health Psychology and an Art Therapy specialization. I have a wide range of experience including: Hospital Emergency room, Children’s Hospital, Residential Detox/Inpatient /Outpatient in substance abuse and Mental Health, Community mental health, Traumatic Brain Injury, Developmental Disabilities in a residential housing program, Private practice, and In-home Crisis Intervention therapy.
I am passionate about using creativity to heal and empower others. I believe in the therapeutic process of one person helping another and the significant impact kindness can make. We all deserve a safe space to freely express ourselves in a world full of judgement. I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that individuals are complex beings influenced by their relationships, environments, and personal histories. By understanding these diverse dynamics, I can help you navigate challenges, foster personal growth, and help you develop healthier relationships.

Use of ketamine in psychotherapy is considered an experimental treatment, even though there is emerging evidence supporting its rapid antidepressant effects, improvements in mood, psychological well-being, and a reduction of symptoms in chronic and treatment-resistant issues like depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It has often been used after traditional treatment approaches have been unsuccessful. KAP can be done independently or to enhance already existing treatment modalities to support deeper, lasting healing.. I’ll guide you through each step of the process.

Art Ethos Counseling utilizes a holistic approach, using the newest evidence-based interventions, combined with mindfulness techinues, and solution focused methods to promote lasting change. KAP, Art therapy, and Narrative therapy are particularly beneficial for those experiencing trauma, anxiety, or feel stuck in therapy. During the theraputic process you will discover new perspectives, release old emotional bonds, and access a deeper level of self-awareness. I encourage you to embark on a transformational journey, where you can explore your internal experience and reconnect with your subconscious.

Art therapy is a form of therapy that involves creativity and artistic expression to enhance the exploration of your inner experiences, thoughts, and beliefs. It is often used as a complementary treatment alongside other forms of therapy. It is conducted by a trained art therapist who is also licensed in traditional talk therapy. Art therapy methods have been proven to reduce symptoms and improve overall wellbeing faster than the use of traditional talk therapy alone. Art making is an effective tool, giving insight and relief for all ages and backgrounds. It can be specifically impactful for those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and substance use.
