"Art Mind" (Art Ethos) becomes a state of being: where you find peace and belonging through the transformational journey of self discovery.
Our mission is promote healing through creativity, by providing high quality accessible art and psycho therapy services to all ages.
Art Ethos Counseling utilizes evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. Our holistic approach integrates mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and solution focused interventions to promote lasting change.
Art Ethos Counseling welcomes you with a giftbox, including art directives and materials to used as a catalyst on your transformational journey of healing.
Sessions range in time with a choice of: 30min - 60min, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly online therapy sessions. Each session is uniquely tailored to help you navigate through life's challenges, foster personal growth, and develop healthier communication.
My name is Alexis, I have over ten years experience as a licensed professional counselor and board registered certified art therapist. I provide high quality counseling services and specialize in a wide range of chronic and pervasive mental health diagnoses: anxiety, depression, bi-polar, and ADHD, as well as, relationship difficulties, self-harm, substance use, trauma, developmental and cognitive disabilities. I offer a safe and non-judgmental virtual space dedicated to your personal growth, healing, and overall well-being.

Art therapy has been proven to reduce mental health symptoms faster than with only talk therapy. We also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness skills, and grounding techniques to help you feel safe and supported.
